INTO Group was established in 2000 with the purpose of specializing in Property Sales, Rental and Management as well as other services offered in Cyprus market.

The main activity of the company is estate and tourism business, which includes sales of the villas and apartments in all areas of Cyprus (focusing on both new and resale market) villa bookings, hotel bookings, transfers from and to airport, various excursions in Cyprus, cruises to Egypt, Greece, Greek Islands, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, organization of wedding ceremonies, and other activities. One of the subdivisions of the group is involved into real estate business.

The company is working individually with each particular client, provides all necessary information on all suitable projects/developments in the cities that clients are interested in and nearby areas. We are working with 300 different developers of Cyprus; include the biggest developers (such as Aristo, Pafilia, etc) as well as small and medium size developers. The company comprises of experienced and qualified personnel, involved in service industry for more then 5 years. Idea of creation of property management department aroused from a need of provision of additional range of services for our foreign clients who require full management of their properties while they are away, as well as advertising of the villas in order to fill the villa with the bookings. Due to longstanding successful work, well debugged connections with differential estate agents as well as tour operators of UK, Russia, Germany, countries of former USSR block, and other European countries, the company achieved volume of sales and could prove itself as reliable and honest partner.
