It is located in the private ( family owned) court of Terpsithea , it is only a 3 floor building with 8 apartments-well structured, hence very quiet. It has 2 spacious Bedrooms( one with double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds), seating room with a sofa (that can turn into a double bed), dining table and chairs, balcony table and chairs, lovely view of the sea from the spacious balcony. It is fully furnished including bed linen and towels, fully aircon(hot and cold), water heated with HLIAKOS solar system,TV, Washing machine (new), new electric cooker with ceramic top, iron and all kitchen utensils.

The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. There is a basement storage - which can be locked. Plenty of parking outside as it is a cul de sac. Rental terms :

ALL taxes /rates/charges are inclusive except for the water, electricity and telephone/broadband internet ( the electricity service is connected and will be transferred to the tenant during the tenancy , or the meter will be read and paid on entry/ exit if less than 3 months rental) :

A returnable deposit equivalent to the monthly rent will be required.
 
A contract for rental agreement must be signed and deposit received before entry.There will be an inventory list to check and sign after entry and on exit.

Rental Rates:

For 3 months or less and min a month: 4670 EUR in advance for the 3 months , plus the bill of electicity and water pro rata at the end of the tenancy. There will be no transfer of telephone- mobile services must be used for the  3 months rentals.  
  

For  minimum 6 months tenancy : 1170 EUR in advance per month 
For a minimum one year: 925 EUR in advance per month
