The project was developed with the conception of offering people an idyllic place to live in whether as a second holiday home or as one's permanent home by the seaside in Larnaca. It consists of 44 beautifully designed homes and villas on a prime beachfront location.

Comprising of nine two bedroom and six one bedroom apartments, come with expansive living rooms, well proportioned bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining area and private sun terraces.

The architectural design incorporates elements of the classical Cypriot village houses. The stone walls, the arched windows and doors, a special layer of vender on the outside walls, and in some places the internal courtyard surrounded by trees and flowers.
