The architectural design incorporates elements of the classical Cypriot village houses. The stone walls, the arched windows and doors, a special layer of vender on the outside walls, and in some places the internal courtyard surrounded by trees and flowers.

The project consists of 32 apartments equally divided in two blocks of one and two bedrooms. All apartments have covered parking areas, store rooms, communal pool and landscaped gardens.

It’s a fine building with twelve flats, each of which has its own car park.
