An exclusive cluster of 16 sea-side villas offering the highest standards of luxury, privacy and in house technology. Built on one of the island's most scenic beaches, each villa will serve as an oasis of serenity perched on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. Each of the sixteen villas will boast a unique interior design scheme that was selected and implemented by the renowned Greek designer, Angelos Angelopoulos. Although the interior designs of the villas defy categorization, the overall scheme is modern and contemporary with a sophisticated attention to minute details and overall elegance.

The project’s architects, inspired by the traditional Cypriot design that prevails in the surrounding villages, have recreated a small village- type resort, housing 63 individual units. The village will comprise 24 one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments (all with en-suite bathrooms), 7 two-bedroom houses and 4 three-bedroom houses with private gardens. Most of the houses come with private swimming pools.
