Outside there is a private swimming pool with night time pool light, for sunbathing there are 6 loungers all with comfortable blue mats, there are 2 BBQ and a large table with umbrella and 6 chairs and the patio area has stamped concrete and compliments the pool. The bedrooms all have hand made draping curtains and black out blinds. There is also Italian designed floor to ceiling, wall to wall storage cupboards. The villa is situated in a quiet Cypriot village of Oroklini. There are a few tavernas/restaurants offering good quality and value for money food. There are a couple of bars, and amenities such as supermarkets, chemist, bakery, Bank of Cyprus with ATM, hairdressers etc. With a 15 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride you will find a Blue Flag beach as well as numerous restaurants offering local and international cuisine, bars, hotels, nightclubs, shops, car hire outlets and taxi hire. Also in this area you will find a bowling venue. Approximately 7 kilometres from the villa you will find Larnaca, which is the 3rd largest town in Cyprus. In this town you will find an abundance of facilities and the ever popular, mile long, palm tree promenade by the sea front. Next to the promenade is a marina which offers local boat trips.
