The villa is situated in a quiet private road, this brand new property is just a ten minute stroll from the centre of Oroklini, a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the sea front of Larnaca Bay and it's numerous tourist facilities, a 10 minute drive from the attractive & bustling town of Larnaca and 20 minutes from Larnaca International airport. The village of Oroclini is a quaint traditional type of village but with modern facilities on offer. There are a few tavernas/restaurants offering good quality Cypriot and international fare, a bar and facilities such as supermarkets, chemist, bank, hairdressers etc. Also on offer is a leisure centre, go-kart track and even donkey riding!
