The private Villa is a fully fitted 3 bedroom holiday villa property with all modern conveniences, benefiting from a air-conditioning, private 8m x 4m swimming pool and possibly the best views in Paphos. Full details of the Villa and of the local area are given below.

The villa has air-conditioning and heating units to all rooms.  All bedrooms are all tastefully furnished, three of them full en-suite, and sleeps up to 6 persons.  From the spacious lounge / dinning room we are taken to the patio terraces that lead us to the large 8m x 4m heated private swimming pool with comfortable pool sun-loungers and parasols, SPA, surrounded by landscaped gardens which offer uninterrupted panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside.  A Hot Tub and gas BBQ with patio tables, chairs and sun parasols are provided for those evenings when only eating outside and having a soak in the hot tub will complete that perfect day.

2 double bedrooms, all are furnished to a high standard with two bedrooms leading directly onto the upper sun-balcony providing superb sea, coastal  and sunset views.

 

Three double bedrooms have their own full en-suite shower facilities, the master bedroom including a bath. There is a downstairs guest toilet and wash basin facilities.

 

A welcoming entrance hall leads to the large living room and dining area, catering for up to 6 people with stunning views over the patio and pergola to the heated swimming pool and onward to the coast and sea.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the required modern cooking appliances including a dish washer (so the husbands can relax), cooker/oven, microwave and a fridge freezer for those chilled drinks by the pool.

Set in landscaped gardens is a private 8m x 4m heated swimming pool with patio terrace surround.  The terrace is partly shaded by a pergola and enjoys comfortable sun-beds, tables with chairs and pool parasols.  A Deluxe Hot Tub Spa, gas BBQ, terrace furniture and stunning sea views are ideal for al-fresco dining.

 

Within the Lounge area, there is a DVD Player, Satellite TV with full subscriptions, a CD / Radio player, miscellaneous board games and books should you require a relaxing night in.

 

In addition to all the standard kitchen appliances, a Laundry room is provided with a washing machine should you require to wash those smalls and a digital safe for those precious items you wish to keep safe.

 

The villa has a digitally controlled alarm system,a digital safe for yourpersonal items, air conditioning in all rooms for hot summer days and heating to all rooms and a gas fire for those slightly milder winter nights.

 

Landscaped gardens which have uninterrupted panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside to the sea and beaches. 

The villa is located in the very quiet village of Koloni where quiet is a respected word, some 5km East from Paphos seafront, 9km from, 2km from the major village of Geriskipou, where you will get your daily papers, milk and general foods from. The villa is ideally located, only a short walk to the local bus service and for the more energetic, why not walk down the fields and lanes to the sea and beaches, some 30- 40 minutes walk away. We do though recommend you hire a car for all those trips out, enjoying the sites of Cyprus and its history. It is well worth exploring this wonderful island, which some still call "The Playground to the Gods".

Paphos is only 5km away, provides excellent recreational activities including cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and windsurfing.  Additionally, there is a vast array of restaurants and bars to cater for any taste or cuisine.
