Iris villas

The two villas are situated in Iris Cottages, a small and generally quiet compound finished in 2002, built around a generous sized swimming pool and gardens. They are well equipped and ideally suited for family holiday rental. The two villas are self contained but adjacent, making them ideal for either a large family group to rent all together or two families separately. Both villas are very well furnished and equipped.

Accommodation is in two bedrooms in each villa. In No.25 there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In No.26 there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 sets of adult size bunk beds. 

In each villa there is a bath/shower room/WC at first floor and a guest WC on the ground floor. The ground floor of both is open plan with a well equipped kitchen / dining room / lounge, opening onto a private terrace and garden, before the communal garden and pool area. There is ample off-street car parking in front of the villas. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can also be used for heating in the winter months.

The villas are available for rental either separately or together. Prices given are for each villa per night, with a minimum of 1 week rental. No meals are provided. Change-over day is Wednesday or Sunday, other days may be possible depending on bookings, especially in low season. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Iris Cottages is within a comfortable walk of the shops and taverns of Kato Paphos village centre. There is a close-by "open all hours" corner shop and the nearest tavern is within ten minutes walk. The harbor and the nearest beaches are all about 15-20 minutes walk, although the better beaches are a short drive or bus-ride away. Iris Cottages is 15 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and about one and a half hours from Larnaca Airport on a good motorway.
