Within only a 5 minute walk to the coastline with un-obstructable views of the sea, beautiful sandy beaches, and an amazing marina, you can savour the mesmerizing sunsets in complete privacy. It is a luxury brand new built villa near to the resorts of Protaras, Paralimni and the forgotten city of Famagusta. Just 5 minutes walk there are numerous fabulous restaurants and taverna's available. Although close to some of the best family entertainment, it is situated in a very quiet culde-sac. The private gardens give you full privacy for those evening bar b q's whilst watching the sun set. There is help and advice when needed, friendship and local hospitality are still a way of life in Cyprus.

The property is located in Pernera, Protaras, approximately 5km's from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach. The quieter resort of Protaras is on your door step with the pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni being 6km's. Within a 2 minute drive is the Water park and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. The area is serviced by motorways giving easy access to the rest of the island. A car is not essential to get around as the taxi service is very reasonable and very reliable.
