Athanasios apartment

Apartment is equipped with expensive furniture and appliances. Beyond the large balcony apartment has and a private garden finished in nice stone (Cypriot style). There is a security control entering the main building with intercom (camera control on the gate). Also the developement is gated. Even though in the centre of Ayia napa and parking is not an aption our developement has spacious parking allocation.

Apartment is located around the centre of all amenities, within 300 meters you can find a selection of more than 200 restaurants and cafe bars and shops (i.e a minute away is McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger Kings - certainly could be not more centrally. Also  have 2 restaurants, supermarket, 24h convinience shop). Within walking distance are many places of interest such as the monastery, Fun parks, Thalassa museum, and fishing harbour. In addition the square of Ayia Napa is just 5 min on foot where all festivals, cultural events and concerts are held during summer.
