The villa is situated on the south coast of Cyprus, on a peaceful hillside, within easy walking distance of the beautiful, safe, unspoilt Blue Flag beach, restaurants and shops of the quiet rural seaside village of Pissouri Bay.  The village is located midway between Paphos and Limassol and is a straightforward 30 minute drive from either city.  The villa can be reached effortlessly by taxi or hire car from either Paphos airport (a 20 minute drive) or Larnaca airport (less than an hour's drive away).

It is an easy short walk to the 2km long Blue Flag beach, and there is a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, well stocked local supermarkets, a bank and ATM, car and bike hire and other facilities available in the local village. The 5 star Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort, with superb restaurants, spa and leisure facilities, is an easy stroll away;
