Nicki apartment (studio)

Nicki Apartments is a family managed business. The apartment consist of twelve twin bedded rooms and six studios. Each room/studio consists of two spacious areas; a lounge with an integrated kitchenette and a bedroom; both are fully air conditioned. A 21" television is also provided for light entertainment should you feel the need to laze around indoors.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a gas cooker/oven and a refrigerator. The lounge is large enough to accommodate one or two extra beds if needed (baby cots also available) and come with an electronic safe box that is free of charge. Two single beds are accompanied by a bath/shower and W.C.

Swimming pool you can use for free at Tourist Apt next to Nicki apt. It’s only 1 minute walk.

The apartments are ideal for anyone looking for a small, friendly hotel to relax in. It is pleasantly decorated and is centrally located in Ayia Napa. Within walking distance from the golden beaches of the area and just a few minutes walk from the centre of town where all the conveniences you need such as shops, pubs, restaurants, banks and supermarkets can be found.
