| Location description | Villa is located, south of Pervolia village and just 50 meters from the sea. It is 14 km from the shopping centre of Larnaca, and 9 km from the airport 14 km from the marina port. The distance to the capital Nicosia is 45 minutes drive. Being literally on the beach one can enjoy endlessly swimming, fishing, sporting, sunbathing, cold drinks and all the comfort of privacy a house can offer. There are sea cruising services, combined with fishing. Pervolia village is small, relaxed and quiet but offers all necessary amenities. Round the central square you will find many restaurants taverns cafes, pubs, take-away, etc. Within the village you will find essential stores such as supermarkets, butchery shops, bakeries, pharmacies and green grocers. There is Bank, nursery school and churches. Near the villa there is go-kart ring a donkey park, tennis court sailing facilities. Soon a golf course will be the first in the area.
