There is a leather sofa bed downstairs, all bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, and there is a full family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a spacious dining area that will seat 8 people leading onto a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens on to the patio overlooking the pool, there is also a downstairs bathroom with shower. The Villa is on a small complex of 12 properties in a thriving area known as Ayia Thekla about 35 minutes from Larnaca airport, 5 minutes from Ayia Napa and 8 minutes to Protaras on the south east coast of Cyprus. The Villa sits 150m back from the coastline between the church of Ayia Thekla and the bay of Potamos, the location benefits from the gentle sea breeze and has fantastic sea views. Only 3 minutes away there is the choice of the Ayia Thekla (blue flag) sandy beach or Cyprus's biggest Waterpark (Excellent day out). The local towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are focused on familes and couples with lots to do whatever your interests. There are many good Greek taverners, or restaurants of choice, with bars, clubs, and modern shops. Ayia Napa has a vibrant town square and popular fun fair, with many other activities availiable in the area such as water sports and hiking.
